Do you want to take your career to that next level?? We are seeking a Recruitment & Resource Coordinator to join our team. As our Recruitment & Resource Coordinator, your role will be integral to the success of our business. You will be responsible for liaising with our various department heads; coordinating resources across our divisions. This position is not your typical resourcing role; you will be directly involved in all divisions of our business - Recruitment, Labour Hire, Traffic Management and Commercial Cleaning. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who has the ability to communicate with anyone. Whilst you will not need prior experiencing in resourcing; an ability to communicate and coordinate is a must

Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate & allocate resources on a daily basis across our Traffic

Management, Labour Hire and Commercial Cleaning and divisions;
- Assist with Compliance across all areas of the business;
- Meet and communicate with clients (when required);
- Work collaboratively with other Agile Services Consultants and staff;
- Reference checking;
- Become an expert at utilising our various software packages;
- Manage & maintain the company Database; and
- Data entry & other general administrative duties
