Our team advises on all aspects of real estate activity including high-profile acquisitions and divestments, asset management, large-scale development schemes, real estate finance, funds, joint ventures, construction, planning, environment and tax advice. We also advise on major urban regeneration projects, the real estate aspects of energy, resources and infrastructure projects, property financing transactions, public private partnerships and private finance initiatives. Our market-leading expertise and commercial focus allows us to carry out the most complex and often pioneering transactions across the real estate space.

**About you**
- One to four years' year post qualification experience.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills, and a plain English approach to drafting and advice writing.
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
- A commercial and pragmatic mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. approach and an ability to negotiate contracts for sale and leasing documents effectively.
- A proactive, positive, and energetic approach, committed to delivering excellent service.
- A team-focused attitude, the ability to work independently and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A solid understanding of real estate investment principles and key commercial drivers.
