**Real Estate Lawyer**

**The role**
Based in Sydney, this role includes dealing with construction companies, property developers and international clients. You will be involved with commercial and retail leasing, easements, covenants, business property sales, licensing, structuring of group title developments, advisory work and Torrens, part strata and Stratum subdivision.
**Essential**
You currently have 2-5 years PQE in property or real estate across corporate or the public sector. You will also have:
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- passion, drive, and the dedication to succeed
- great people skills and a collegial disposition
- the capacity to work to deadlines and under pressure
- the ability to work autonomously and within an excelling team
- extensive drafting experience
