We represent a leading Australian corporate and commercial law firm, specialising in banking, corporate, real estate, and litigation.

Due of ongoing projects and growth within the firm, they are looking to add a **real estate lawyer** to their busy Real Estate Sydney team.

In this role, you'll be actively involved in market transactions and providing strategic counsel across various essential domains, including real estate capital transactions encompassing the acquisition and disposal of diverse property types such as commercial office buildings, industrial estates, and retail centers.

Your responsibilities will extend to offering structural guidance on titles, covering aspects like strata by-laws, community title schemes, residential land lease communities, as well as managing joint ventures and capital partnerships.

Furthermore, you'll be instrumental in structuring transactions, ensuring seamless project delivery, and adeptly negotiating significant lease agreements while overseeing leasing processes.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need **2 to 3 years post admission experience** in real estate or related transactions. In addition, you will need to have:

- Desire and capacity to work on complex, high-profile, and technically challenging transactions
- Be an ambitious high performer
- Outstanding drafting and advice writing skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with and support clients
- Ability to work autonomously and in a collaborative team environment
