We represent a leading independent Australian corporate law firm who have a pre-eminent M&A and Real Estate team in Sydney. They provide exposure to an exceptional client list and some of the most high profile transactions and matters in the legal market.
**The Team**
Our client's M&A and Real Estate team acts for clients on a wide range of matters including real estate transactions, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and managed funds work.
The team is run by an industry leading partner in Sydney, and offers first class professional development and a collaborative team environment.
**The Role**
This role will see you having a range of responsibilities, and the opportunity to work alongside our client's leading partner in M&A and Real Estate. You will work on a range of Real estate and M&A transactions including:
- Complex corporate M&A;
- Personal, corporate and retail leasing transactions;
- General real estate advisory;
**About You**
Our client are seeking a junior lawyer with
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail;
- Strong drafting and technical skills;
- The ability to build and maintain client relationships
