- About the roleReporting to the Team Leader and the International Programs Coordinator, the International Programs Services Specialist is responsible for managing the issuance of local policies in Australia and New Zealand on behalf of our Zurich producing countries.

This includes managing a portfolio of customers across multiple lines of business. You will be the account representative, providing customer service to a network of local brokers and producing countries.
- Important to your success- 1 years’ experience in insurance or reinsurance (preferred)
- Sound customer service experience
- RPA or Process development experience (an advantage)
- General understanding of the underwriting life cycle
- Excellent communicator with strong written skills
- Intermediate computer / technology literacy, particular with MS Office products
