**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Lotus People are very excited to be assisting this leading and reputable entertainment organisation with this Internal Communications Specialist role. This role will run for 3 months to cover annual leave as well as having a handover
With flexible working offered, after your first 1-2 weeks, you will be able to work from home 3 days a week, whilst travelling in to the North Ryde office 2 days, which has free parking on site
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This 3 month temporary opportunity will see you assisting the Communications team of 3, to work on their EVP (employee value proposition) program and will involve sharing lots of content with their internal audience
**DUTIES**
- Support the Communications teams calendar and work flow
- Manage and keep up to date the internal digital platforms including the intranet
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand the content that they want to communicate with the employees
- Write content to align with the tone of the business
- Build relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist in the creation of video/picture content using Canva
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in internal communications, ideally within a corporate environment
- A passionate writer who is proficient with EDM’s, social media & intranet publishing
- An understanding of EVP projects
- Ability to hit the ground running
