**The Project**

CPB Constructors, in Alliance partnership with Sedgman, SC Joint Venture (SCJV) has been selected by BHP to undertake the Western Ridge Crusher Project, involving construction of a new primary crusher, a 12-kilometre overland conveyor, radial stacker, and associated stockpiling systems, with a capacity of 30Mtpa.. The Project is located on Nyiyaparli Country, approximately 21 Kilometres southwest of Newman, in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Works are commencing now and will go through until mid-2026.

**Your opportunity**

Join CPB Contractors as a full-time employee and contribute to the success of one of Australia's largest contractors. Engage with industry leaders from project start-up, working on a fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) basis with a balanced **20 days on and 8 days off**schedule.

As a **Trac based coordinator**, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage the scheduling, planning, and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods in excellent condition.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure smooth handovers of delivery and products.
- Address and resolve any delays, complaints, promptly to minimise disruptions.
- Track and report key delivery performance metrics, such as on-time delivery to improve service efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, route plans, and any changes made throughout the day.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and freight companies to ensure seamless operations and coordination
- Maintaining and updating project plans, schedules and registers
- Participate in and contribute to weekly management meetings with site leadership.
- Understanding project delivery workflow, with basic knowledge of procurement, subcontracting, and on-site support.
- Demonstrating attention to detail and time management.
- Admin adhoc duties and assisting site team
