DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Tender Specialist at Tullamarine Site in Melbourne.

The position is responsible for supporting the Team Lead, Global Tenders in Global tender submissions through the team and the network. You will ensure that rates are maintained (including company tariff) and also support the implementation of Global Tender wins.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Build and maintain relationships with global DSV tender teams
- Complete and support the completion of all Global RFQ’s
- Ensure and verify all pricing is correct and up to date and recorded in the company’s computer databases
- Liaise with and provide pricing rates to global network regarding global tenders
- Support new business implementations in relation to Global wins, that are not already assigned
- Complete bid documents in a clear, legible, and accurate manner

**About You**:

- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry trends
- Good communication and negotiation skills
