In your new role, you will work part of a wider team and report to the Commercial Manager. Your day to day will include but is not limited to:

- Building and maintaining relationships with global tender teams
- Completing and supporting the completion of global RFQ's
- Ensure all pricing is up to date and recorded
- Ensure pricing is correct
- Work in conjunction with the global team to provide pricing in relation to tenders
- Communicate with Sales team where required
- Work cohesively with the leadership team for global tenders

To be considered, you must have:
- Experience in Administration
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook competencies
- High attention to detail
- Experience in sales or operations within the freight forwarding industry
- Great communication skills, verbal & written are required
- Ability to work within a team
