The Procurement Tendering Specialist role is to facilitate and provide advice to Project Managers in relation to Council’s end-to-end tender processes. This includes assisting the Coordinator Procurement and Contracts in relation to the development of Council’s procurement and tendering framework and procurement initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Substantial knowledge of tendering and contract administration functions and evaluation as well as Risk Management, OHS and best value requirements.
- Substantial knowledge of the tendering process, legislative requirements, the formation of tender and contract documentation and the development of specifications.
