We are a busy civil contractor which undertakes projects throughout regional NSW specialising in civil infrastructure predominantly for local governments. We have an upcoming project in Mullumbimby NSW (approximately 15mins west of Byron Bay) that will have 4-6months of continuing work.

Project entails construction of a pipeline alongside roadways throughout various locations in Mullumbimby.

We are looking for a Traffic Control Team Leader with the following skills:

- White Card
- Traffic Control Work Ticket
- Implement Traffic Control Plans Ticket
- Prepare a work Zone traffic Management plan Ticket (Preffered but not essential)
- Experience in civil construction in Australia
- Drivers License
- Self motivated,
- Willingness to Learn
- Willingness to travel and work in a variety of locations.

In return we will provide the following
- Work Vehicle
- Ability to grow with and within a company

The role will have the following duties
- Record keeping of completed works
- Management of other traffic control resources
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Managing onsite safety

Initially the role will be based onsite at Mullumbimby for the duration of the project. The company does complete projects right throughout NSW. In the past year projects have been completed in the following locations Sydney, Goulburn, Marulan, Lithgow, Mudgee, Nowra, Hawks Nest, Gunnedah, Brunswick Heads, Coolamon, Griffith.

There is the opportunity for this role to be a permenant role at the completion of the project. We have have an office based in Thornleigh in the Northern Suburbs of Sydney.

Work is eligible for regional work under working holiday visa requirements.

Pay: $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Traffic Control: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024
