**About the role**
Our client is seeking highly skilled contractors to support enhancements to the agency's public website. The capability needed to support enhancements and continuous improvement activities to the website, as well as ongoing communication of our payments and services.
**Key Tasks/Duties**
- Managing, facilitating, arranging and providing advice on user research and testing.
- This includes research activities with diverse and vulnerable audiences. Write user research plans, recruitment briefs, screeners, discussion guides.
- Organise participants, venues and incentives, including working with and managing external recruitment vendors. Manage moderated and unmoderated research activities Synthesising and analysing research data.
- Documenting, collating and cataloguing research findings. Advocating research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.
- Leading user centred design and co-design activities.
- Create user journey maps, personas, designs.
- Collaborating and working within an Agile design team Advising on future improvements.
- Contributing to the development and testing of design solutions, concepts and prototypes.

**Skills and Experience**
- Extensive experience in designing, facilitating, and analysing a wide range of qualitive and quantitate user research methods.
- Experience with user centered design
- Ability to identify user needs and communicate them in an informative and accurate way
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Experience on large and complex websites
