- ** 12 Month Contract with a 2x 12 months extensions**

**Overview**:
The User Researchers will collaborate with other researchers to conduct studies that help understand user needs, behaviours, and preferences to inform product and service design and development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and conducting user research studies using appropriate methods,
- Analysing research data,
- Collaborating with stakeholders and helping to create and maintain a user-centred design process.
- Understanding of government procurement practices and working in an Agile team is helpful but not essential.
