**Description**:
About your new role
As our Change and Adoption Analyst you will lead all change activities including strategy, planning and communications across key transformational initiatives. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, you will bring strong experience in stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, learning outcomes, and communication planning and delivery. You will need to be adept at context switching and comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on role. The role also includes a range of activities that extend to reporting, learning and development coordination, supporting strategic alignment, and business analysis. A key focus will be managing stakeholder expectations across the program including the facilitation and enablement of technology change and adoption across the organisation.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
This position would suit a self-driven, hands-on Change and Adoption Analyst who has experience leading business change across a program of initiatives, as part of a high-performing team.

**In addition, you will also require the following**:

- Demonstrated ability in the design, development, and implementation of change management strategy, ensuring that inputs are incorporated and aligned with the overall program/ project plan.
- Significant demonstrated experience in the preparation and implementation of structured project change deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement and communication, change impact assessments, transition and implementation planning, business readiness assessments, training needs analysis, and training plans.
- Demonstrated experience monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of business readiness change management activities.
- Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering engagement content in line with program/ project milestones.
- Demonstrated and current experience utilising change management methodologies, tools and techniques within a complex and evolving technology and business environment, including reporting on change activities to program/project stakeholders and executive groups.
- Demonstrated experience analysing, documenting, and mitigating program/ project change risks, including anticipating and managing change resistance.
- Demonstrated ability in working closely with all operational business groups to understand current and future state and to ensure business, program, and project requirements are documented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including instructional, facilitation and presentation skills, with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels.
