A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Business Management Specialist reporting to the Senior Business Manager, where you will be required to work collaboratively with various business units.

A bit about your role

The primary responsibility as the Business Management Specialist, is to provide support the EGM, GMs, and Senior Business Manager to ensure the success of four critical areas: Planning, governance, compliance, and engagement. In order to do this, you will deliver regular reporting, business planning and coordinate governance and operations meetings.

You’ll be a member of a collaborative team, where you will positively support and be part of a high-performance team culture to successfully deliver on the nbn and team purpose, strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

A bit about you

You will have relevant business management or reporting experience, preferably in the Telecommunications field. Coupled with a learning agility and an ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and learn new skills to keep up to date with business issues, challenges and initiatives.

You will play a key role in helping to develop key insights to support management planning and decision-making, adhering to operations strategy and corporate requirements.

Furthermore, you will possess strong communication and analytical skills with an ability to manage the delivery of high-quality outputs against demanding, competing timelines. As well as proven experience in working across distinct business functions to establish effective business management and governance.

You will be a highly capable and adaptable individual, enabling you to conform to dynamic situations that arise with the end purpose of fostering a conducive team & professional environment.

You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, adaptable and will thrive in an atmosphere of change.
