A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Business Management Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager Business Management. This team provides support to the Operations Command Centre.

A bit about your role

As a Business Management Specialist, you will facilitate the planning, governance, compliance, and engagement for senior leaders across the unit.

This role will see you reporting business performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence to highlight the Team Operating Plan (TOP), KPIs and key initiatives. This will also involve business planning processes for the unit as well as produce and present executive level presentations and reports for regular and ad-hoc governance forums.

This will be an opportunity for you to coordinate and champion Health Safety Environment (HSE) communications, awareness, myWellbeing activities across the business unit in collaboration with the leadership team and be involved in driving employee engagement initiatives.

A bit about you

You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can present to senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops and town halls. You are driven, have strong attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.

Expertise with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel are essential and experience using Tableau, SharePoint or Confluence would be valuable.
