IPA have recently partnered with a highly regarded NFP Aged Care organisation that supports veterans and war widows as well the general public with Home Care and Residential Aged Care Accommodation. There purpose is to 'Serve Those Who Served' and to offer the best possible care, accommodation, and services to support and enable our community to live to their fullest potential.

The client has an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager for an 8-week assignment to start immediately, with the possibility of extension. The client is based in Hawthorn, and they do offer hybrid working, but there is some travel involved in this position, so it is imperative that you hold a current driver's licence and own your own car. You will be reimbursed for any travel expenses incurred. The role would require you to work Monday - Friday, working 38 hours a week, and the hourly rate for this role is $45 + super per hour.

This role will be to manage the organisations Aged Care Rental Portfolio and being the point of contact for tenants regarding their property.

Some of your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:

- Ensuring that tenancies within the portfolio are managed and maintained, leases are up to date, properties are inspected and reviewed, and rent reviews are managed.
- Assisting with any maintenance issues, that occur at the properties.
- Keeping tenant records accurate and up to date
- Maintaining data for all tenants in accordance with the organisation's timelines, standards and procedures
- Providing assistance to assess tenant issues, needs and circumstances.

To be successful in this role, you will have worked before as a Property Manager and have proven experience within this field. You will be a professional, empathetic and customer focused professional who takes pride in your work and representing the organisation across a wide range of audiences and forums. It is crucial that you are someone that is flexible, can work under pressure and likes to work hard. You must have the ability to work in a team and be cohesive and work collaboratively with other team members.
