Under the mentorship of a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll dive into a diverse range of operational HR areas, from providing advice on entitlements and employment conditions to early intervention advice on a number of HR processes.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to partner with managers, contribute to impactful projects, and help drive a significant change agenda within a large and complex healthcare environment. You'll research key issues, build influential relationships, and champion contemporary HR best practices across the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. **About the role**:
Duties for the role will include:

- Providing accurate and timely HR advice to managers and staff on operational issues, including conditions of employment, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting in gathering information, identifying needs, and preparing documentation for a range of HR processes
- Extracting, preparing, and developing HR reports; maintain HR resources (spreadsheets, databases); and provide HRMS support.
- Assisting with research, provide project support, and prepare draft reports with recommendations.
- Assisting with monitoring and preparing paperwork for approval processes, ensuring compliance with delegations of authority.

- Proven ability to provide high-quality customer service, advice, and options to diverse individuals, coupled with teamwork and support capabilities.
- Excellent organisational skills to meet deadlines, prioritise in a busy environment, and the ability to work both independently and under general direction.
