We have an opening for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner with a passion for all matters IR/ER, recruitment, coaching and more. This role is a great next step for anyone looking for that next challenge in their career or wanting to broaden their experience.

**Position Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed, and all incidents are reported accordingly
- Coordinate and execute entire recruitment processes
- Provide a point of contact for HR/payroll queries
- Coordinate and comply with workers compensation processes
- Return to work coordination activities
- Coordination with Apprenticeship Board nationwide
- Coordination of and overseeing induction, on-boarding and exit processes
- Preparation of new starter access in the relevant systems
- Coordinate required personnel/ training documents and update database
- HR projects
- Support the Learning and Development projects, initiatives, and daily tasks

**Qualifications** Experience/Qualification Requirements**
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, listening etc.)
- High attention to detail
- Min 2-3 years’ experience working in a HR Administration/Coordinator role
- End to end recruitment experience
- Process focused (ability to interpret information)
