**Job description**
**ROLE**
Assist in all day-to-day sales and operational activities to facilitate the smooth running of the business.
**GENERAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS**
- Managing orders between customers & freight suppliers
- Keeping good customer relations
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed in priority order
- Ensuring daily sales order and invoices are processed accurately and in accordance with defined approval processes
- Assist with the general office tasks, operations and project management
- Understanding of quality management and OHS
- Put forward ideas within the business to refine procedures
- **Essential Skills & Experience**:_
- Good telephone manner and people skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and good administrative skills
- Good time management
- The ability to understand and learn MYOB Advanced operating system
- Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion
