**Who we are**:
PWS Hunt Boilers (Hunt Boilers) offers complete solutions to the boiler, pressure vessel and the pressure piping markets.

In 2017 PWS Boilers formed a JV with Forbes Australia (Hunt Boilers) group supporting further development of our organisation and commenced trading as PWS Hunt Boilers, and resulting in an enhanced presence nationally, and the ability to offer a very extensive range of boilers and other related products. In July 2023 PWS Hunt Boilers purchased Hunt Boilers to become one of the largest boiler, pressure vessel and pressure piping solution providers in Australia.

At PWS Hunt Boilers we continue to be a progressive boiler and steam process plant installation and maintenance company. Our team is dedicated to providing high quality services to our clients from our 3 service hubs in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We also have agents in Adelaide and Perth.

Our group capabilities include the full design, development, production, sales, installation, inspection and service associated with a wide range of products which can be manufactured in Australia or from one of our international supplier facilities. Our current product range includes vertical and horizontal steam boilers, vertical and horizontal hot water boilers, dilution and flue boost fans, pressure vessels, and we maintain a strong focus on bespoke designed and manufactured steam and hot water systems.

**What we need**:
We are looking for a highly organised person with extensive customer liaison experience to undertake a scheduling role for our service operations side of the business. In this role you will be based at our Seven Hills office and will be responsible for scheduling our technicians to attend customer sites to carry out servicing and repairs of boilers and other associated equipment. To ensure success in this role you should have experience in a similar role with a strong customer focus. Knowledge of scheduling practices is preferred but not essential.

The successful applicant will report to the Director and/or National Sales Manager as needed and will be responsible for a range of duties including:

- Create and maintain schedules to meet customer demands and ensure compliance deadlines are met and keeping stakeholders informed of timelines and associated deadlines.
- Develop schedules in accordance with staff capabilities and availability and client needs and ensure that resources are used effectively.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients to monitor the quality of service scheduling and plan for future service scheduling.

Providing supervision and support to the service technicians (small team).
- Maintaining a process for contacting clients before and after services using available resources.
- Manage upwards to the Director/National Sales Manager to communicate issues identified with scheduling processes and practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Produce reports and statistics as required.
- Liaise with the spare parts coordinator/suppliers with the assistance of the service technicians to ensure that spare parts and materials are available as required to meet servicing obligations.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate work health and safety standards in the workplace.

**Essential skills and qualifications**:
Customer-focused with strong organisational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability in arranging service schedules preferred.

Professional presentation and a positive outlook.

Ability to quickly build rapport and provide support to staff to develop and maintain high standards of customer service.

Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. SimPRO experience preferable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $35.86 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Scheduling: 2 years (preferred)
- Client Liaison: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Australian Drivers Licence (required)
