- **Client Services Manager **to join their asset management division.- Key responsibilities of this role:

- Oversight of daily Trust price review and distribution, website update
- Review monthly/quarterly/annual transaction & tax statements
- Monthly/quarterly/annual Trust and mandate reporting
- Monitoring of all client, external and internal service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor and review unit registry process to ensure client service levels are met
- Support the Product and Compliance function with unit registry information as required
- KYC/AML for mandate clients
- To be considered for this role you'll have at least 3 year’s client service experience at an Asset Manager / Financial Services firm required.
- Ideally you have a good understanding of how Registry impacts other areas of the business as well as third parties.
