Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced **Customer Service Representative** to join our Ingal EPS division at **Acacia Ridge QLD **on a full-time basis.

**In this role, your key responsibilities will include a variety of administrative and customer service tasks, including but not limited too**:

- Liaising with customers, maintaining sales and providing exceptional customer service
- Process quotes and orders, ensuring entries are accurate and timely.
- Manage, monitor, and update backlog when needed
- Keep customers updated with any changes to orders based on backorders or orders being shipped
- Maintain order updates from warehouse to production, with strong communication

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things sales and utilizing their strong communication skills to deliver an exceptional experience to our internal and external customers.

This individual will need to have a hard-working attitude and be passionate about developing their capabilities within this space. You will also have a passion for sales & exceeding targets and demonstrated ability using Microsoft Office & Excel, and following detailed processes.

You will also thrive in a fast paced environment, and have the personal drive, initiative to ‘get things done’ and able to follow through to execution.

**If you do not have Customer Service experience within the manufacturing or steel industry we still encourage you to apply **You will be provided with training and on-going support to ensure you succeed in your role.
