**Position Summary**:

- Rise with us and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
- Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
- Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations in the Lobby Lounge. This includes High Tea service, operating bar service, managing reservations systems and completing daily financial reports.
- Performing extra administrative duties as outlined by the Manager.
- Assisting other Food and Beverage outlets on occasion when necessary

- An up to date RSA
- Relevant experience in a managerial role
