We are looking for a Full time Food and Beverage Supervisor who will lead and support the day to day operations of our Insurance Client. Working Monday to Friday this role will be based on the client floor and have oversight of our meeting rooms, and boardroom events & functions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a high-level food and beverage service during the daily operations of the firm’s client floor
- Set up and pack down of meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for service prior to conferences or events, lunches, breakfasts, morning or afternoon teas
- Supervising and leading the team of food and beverage attendants in all areas such as; operations, training & development, etc.
- Review and analyze the daily operational needs
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Site Manager
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of client and business requirement

**The Person**
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be a part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement
- A hands-on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Intermediate level of Computer literacy
- RSA & Food Handlers certificate **(mandatory)**
