**We are looking for Instructional Designers with all skills and experience to join our team of Contract professionals.**

**Currently, we have a high demand for Instructional Designers / Writers with a strong back VET background and experience.**

**Are you able to demonstrate any of the requirements below**?
- Expertise in developing innovative, engaging, and competency-based learning and development programs.
- **Experience in writing VET units, including content and assessment**
- **Exceptional communication** skills, both written and verbal
- Diligent in meeting deadlines
- Trustworthy and reliable
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles
- Skill in analysing and transforming complex systems and processes into engaging learning content
- Digital, Media, and Learning Management system experience
- Storyboarding
- Experience working in various systems such as; **Evolve,** Canvas, Storyline, Storyline 360, Articulate, Lectora, Captivate, Adapt, Rise, Moodle, Backboard, and more
- Experience in writing for Screen, scripts, films, and media, using vision and graphics.
- Be prepared to work onsite or at home

Pedominately our clients are happy for you to work from home, however there may be some expectation to join the team in person at times.
