The opportunity:
To do this successfully you will:

- Assist our People Advisors with the coordination of workflow within the People Advisory and HR Business Processes for AIA Australia
- Work as part of the team to integrate the wider People and Culture Service Delivery Model
- Respond to general enquiries which are raised and logged through case management tool, Workday Help in a timely manner
- Coordinate the timely and accurate entry of data in Workday, across the People Advisory team and directly as needed
- Ensure a high level of customer service is offered to colleagues and managers across the business
- Process payment related transactions in Workday as required
- Work with our People Advisors to facilitate onboarding and off-boarding activities
- Maintain strong levels of confidentiality at all times
- Perform other responsibilities and duties as required from time to time
- Previous administration experience working within Financial Services
- A keen interest in working within Human Resources for a leading life insurer
- Bachelors degree in HR is not essential but would be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
- The ability to deal with conflicting deadlines and priorities.
