**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are currently seeking to engage an experienced **People and Culture Administrator** with excellent organisation and time management skills, to join our team in either our Melbourne or Sydney studio.

Working closely with the People and Culture Manager, you will thrive in a role where you will be required to take initiative and be adaptable and who is ready to take on the challenge of supporting a growing global practice.

**DUTIES**:
With an exceptional level of attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet deadlines, this role offers you the opportunity to utilise your strong administration skill set. There is the potential for growth whilst learning from some of the best in the Architectural industry.

**SKILLS AND EXPERTISE**:

- Be meticulous in your work with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Proactive nature with demonstrated initiative and creativity
- Previous experience within architectural or professional services environment desirable
- People and Culture related qualification highly regarded, not essential
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Vision, drive and focus to deliver winning proposals
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a culturally diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
- Effective organization and time management skills to work efficiently towards deadlines
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
