**Description & Requirements**:

- Zenviron are seeking a highly motivated Site Administrator to support the delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project based in Morwell VIC.
- Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the site team and will carry out a wide range of tasks from payroll and invoicing, to reporting and HSE administration. This is a site based, local only position (Monday - Friday).
- Key responsibilities will include:

- Provide administrative support to the project/site team
- Assist the HSE Advisor in sourcing and maintaining HSE information, performance tracking, and training management
- Assist the Project Manager, Payroll, and HSEQ teams in generating and updating internal and external reports
- Invoicing, payroll entry and processing
- Procurement of office supplies
- Subcontractor claim review and payment
- Data entry from variety of information sources, including subcontractors
- Cost tracking and variance analysisDocument management**What we are looking for**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within the construction or resources sector
- HSE administration experience (preferred)
- Confident and capable user of MS Office Suite (particularly Word & Excel) to assemble and maintain project documents and quality records for projects, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work unsupervised and handle fluctuating workloads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solveProof of right to work in Australia- To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Through utilising your time management skills you will have the ability to manage multiple aspects of work concurrently, and for this we offer an attractive remuneration package.
