**What you’ll do
**As our Sales Planning Manager, you will lead a team of analysts in delivering baseline and promotional sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for accurately predicting the purchasing behaviours of customers for items at both full retail and promotional price, as well as the impact promotions will have on the baseline forecast of a category.
- Development of Scan Forecast Accuracy - assisting in Stock Availability for customers & stores
- Forecasting Communication and Engagement
- Collaboration with suppliers and commercial teamsAbility to influence all areas of the business

**What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision and evaluation of employees
- Demonstrated ability to write, speak, and present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
- Excellent Interpersonal and Relationship skills, involving excellence in building rapport and establishing goodwill with stakeholders of all levels
- Driven to deliver continuous improvement initiatives with the ability to: deliver improvements based on analytical insight, manage communications and changes, and monitor benefitsExperience with implementing forecasting leading practice principles and activities to improve forecast accuracy, including previous experience using advanced systems and analytical tools
