**What you’ll do
**The Network & Demand Planning Manager is responsible for leading a team of Analysts to deliver and maintain an industry leading demand planning capability.
- Deliver accurate demand plans
- Engage stakeholders in relation to your teams planning activities
- Review historical demand trends, research demand drivers, prepare demand data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the DC forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptionsProvide input to the Supply Planning teams in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs, including safety stock and demand smoothing

**What you’ll bring
- Able to successfully lead a team to deliver strategic and tactical objectives
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in, forecasting and forecasting methods with an understanding of their financial and operational impacts
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and facilitation skills to lead discussions with all levels of the organisationKnowledge of JDA, SAP/APO, Manugistics, or Oracle Demand Planning or other software related to demand planning is preferred
