**Your Opportunity**
We’re growing fast and building a reputation as a trusted provider focused on clinical excellence. As part of this organisational growth, we are looking for a full-time Learning Designer to join our team in Spring Hill.
LLW is dedicated to supporting our current and new employees with learning opportunities - providing ongoing training and professional development in both clinical and operational roles. This position will support our Capability team in delivering new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and results.
Salary is $85,000 - $95,000 plus Superannuation and Salary Packaging options up to $15,900 per year. This is a full-time fixed-term (12 months) opportunity with a possible extension.
**What we are looking for**
Are you a seasoned learning designer looking for your next exciting challenge? At Lives Lived Well, you’ll bring your warm and engaging personality to design, develop, and produce a diverse range of learning solutions. You’ll also be:
- **Experienced in eLearning Design**: Skilled in designing, developing, and producing engaging eLearning content and activities for a diverse workforce.
- **Proficient with Key Software**: Familiar with Articulate 360, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
- **Excellent Communicator**: Able to engage and manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of learning activities.
- **Organised and Proactive**: A self-starter with strong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, innovative, and able to foster creativity within the team.
- **Project Management Skills**: Capable of coordinating onboarding and training activities and delivering quality instructional design within project framew orks.
You will need a current Australian Driver's Licence and be eligible for a clean National Police Check.
