At PI, you will have the opportunity to own the design for in-house products, while also experiencing the variety of a consultancy where you will help our clients to solve challenging problems that have a positive impact on people around the globe.

As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Graduate Digital Experience Designer to bring creative energy to the team and produce user-centred digital experiences across platforms including wearables, embedded screens, mobile & web.

**The team will rely on you to**:

- Support the full end-to-end design process from working with clients through initial problem definition to final visual design spec for implementation and market launch
- Help design and facilitate user research, client workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews to establish a shared vision and elicit design requirements
- Maintain a hunger to learn and grow
- Step outside of your comfort zone to solve problems in creative ways
- Be curious about project domains and strive to understand the people, technology and workflows within them
- Strive to learn and be familiar with the latest design trends, standards, and frameworks across web, mobile, wearable and embedded interfaces.

**Ideally you have**:

- Experience in a similar role within various industries within a related design discipline (i.e. UX/UI Design, Experience Design, Product Design)
- Demonstrated familiarity with digital experience design principles and processes (e.g. Interaction theory, style guides, UI patterns, design systems, agile development, story mapping)
- Demonstrated familiarity of Human Centred Design methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a design related field (i.e. UX/UI Design; Communication Design; Graphic Design; Web Design; Interaction Design; User Experience Design)

**Bonus points if you have**:

- Connected Device experience
- Competency in After Effects, Cinema4D, ProtoPie, or Keyshot
