**About the Role**

As our Retail Customer Service Manager, you will simply love being busy, working autonomously, and managing and leading teams. Your role is organise and manage the store operations so you and the team can accessorise, style and sell products to our customers. You will be eager to further develop your knowledge and experience in running a Store - learning about all the facets of its operations, all while being surrounded by fabulous products

**Key Areas of Responsibility include**:

- Customer - creating exceptional experiences through your interaction with all customers and meeting all service standards.
- People - supervision, training, coaching and motivating and rostering
- Finances - understanding and helping the team to achieve targets and minimise shrinkage, undertaking budgeting for the store
- Marketing - working with head office and centre management to promote and advertise products.
- Presentation - love making the Store look shoppable and learn about the art of Visual Merchandising
- Operations: administrative tasks, understanding stock levels, conducting stock takes, Click + Collect.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 3 years experience in a retail management role (Store or Assistant Store Manager) or even a seasoned supervisor who is ready to step up and make your mark
- The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members and customers, to provide advice and guidance on styling and selling.
- Experience or desire to work in a high volume stock environment, it is busy but a whole lot of fun
- Want to be a true brand ambassador for our amazing brand, and be part of creating a future where people can accessorise the moment and sparkle

Pay: $65,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
