**Role**:
It is responsible for all aspects of the provision of care and services to all “non-funded program” clients e.g Department of Veteran’s Affairs clients (Community Nursing and Veterans Home Care), Private clients, Brokerage clients, TAC clients. It is equally responsible for overall
**management of the rosters for all clients** and the provision of all clinical, personal care and domestic staff to fill those rosters (including agency staffing providers) across all HomeCare Programs

This is a
**senior management** role within the HomeCare Team and as such it is responsible for policies, processes and system development, implementation, review, improvements and innovation for efficiency and quality.

It is also responsible for the
**development of operating** and business plans and compliance systems and ensuring the delivery of service within these plan

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Registered Nurse Division 1 (Current registration required) with **Community nursing and Management experience**:

- **Preferred **working experience in** Department of Veteran Affairs, Private and Government funded care**:

- Recent **experience in a senior leadership role** involved with customer service and staff management
- Demonstrates leadership through an ability to self-motivate and motivate others
- Demonstrates highly developed **problem-solving** skills and experience
- Demonstrates a s**trong cognitive and analytic approach** to decision-making
- Manages self and others positively when under pressure
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to promote and comply with OH&S in the workplace, including client homes
