**A bit about the HomeCare Accounts Assistant role**:
The primary objective of this role is to manage all Home Care Package (HCP) client’s budgets. As a HomeCare HCP Assistant, you will manage all Home Care Package client’s portfolio, completing all tasks from admission to discharge in the client’s HCP budget in CareLink+ including invoicing and reimbursements of planned services, updating fee schedules, maintaining client leave and data entry and reconciliation of government funding in Services Australia.

**Skills and Expertise You bring to the role**:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse information and solve problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to proactively manage workload, organise multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong customer services focus
- Previous experience in working with the Home Care Packages Program
- Understanding of Microsoft products and working knowledge of Excel

**Desirable**
- Previous experience in the health or aged care sectors
- Previous experience in Home Care
- Previous experience using CareLink+
