**About the role**:
We are seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to provide general and site administration support within our Finance and Accounting team and other support functions as required in our North Melbourne Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all work practices within the area are performed to the relevant standards and procedures
- Reception
- Invoicing
- Accounts Payable and Receivable support
- General administration support
- Extensive Bookkeeping or Administration experience
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly develop positive working relationships
