**Permalink Support Services **is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider, that offers Homecare & Community Care services to those with a disability.
Servicing all regions of Metropolitan Melbourne, Permalink is rapidly growing and expanding, with more than 500 Support Workers & Clients to date.
**We are looking for an Accounts Administration Superstar to join our growing team, reporting to the Accounts and Payroll Managers and Director.**
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Payroll departments to assist with our employees remuneration and clients invoicing.
Responsibilities include calculating employees’ weekly compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments are conducted as well as generating client invoicing and following up on outstanding payments.
To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information. If you’re also familiar with Excel/Shiftcare/Xero, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help run a smooth and accurate weekly accounts process.
Maintains weekly payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Collates payroll information against weekly rostering to ensure accurate and correct payroll.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow up on outstanding weekly payment from clients.
- Fixing and adjusting any invoicing changes as necessary.
- Communicate and liaise with clients/Representatives/Coordinators where further communication is required.
- Minimum 12 months’ work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and Zero accounting software
- Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration or similar qualifications.
- Strong customer service experience, both verbal and written communication.
