**Opportunity**

We have a rewarding opportunity for a **Landscape Labourer** to join the team. With a strong project portfolio, WEM Scape is actively delivering works across Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest, as well as the Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role involves travel to various job sites throughout these areas.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent hours, with the opportunity to work across a variety of established landscapes. You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team that takes pride in keeping communities green, vibrant, and thriving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate small plant and equipment and assist in the installation of hardscape structures (e.g., concrete pavements, retaining walls)
- Prepare and plant trees, shrubs, and hedges; determine seeding requirements for landscaping and subdivision projects
- Install drainage pipes and fencing, and perform tree removal as required to maintain site integrity
- Maintain site cleanliness, adhere to statutory requirements, and ensure safe storage and proper use of tools
- Accurately log maintenance projects and complete timesheets to ensure timely site upkeep and payroll processing
- Collaborate effectively with operators, tradespeople, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping division

**We Are Looking for Someone Who Has**:

- Relevant landscape maintenance experience will be highly regarded, or a keen interest in landscaping
- A construction white card
- A valid drivers licence
- Commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative?
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
