**Opportunity**

We have a rewarding opportunity for a **Landscape Tradesperson** who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. You’ll be maintaining high-profile subdivision and open space projects across Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest - helping keep outdoor spaces looking their best, year-round.

This is a permanent, full-time role offering consistent hours, with the opportunity to work across a variety of established landscapes. You’ll be part of a passionate, supportive team that takes pride in keeping communities green, vibrant, and thriving.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Keep it green** - mowing, edging, pruning, fertilising, and maintaining healthy turf and plant life
- ** Control the chaos** - manage weeds, pests, and irrigation systems to keep landscapes in top condition
- ** Look sharp** - ensure garden beds, paths, and open spaces are clean, tidy, and well-presented
- ** Fix it fast** - carry out minor repairs and upkeep on site infrastructure, including fencing and playgrounds
- ** Work smart** - safely operate maintenance equipment and small plant like mowers, blowers, and brush cutters
- ** Set the standard** - lead by example, support Labourers on site, and uphold high safety and quality standards

**We Are Looking For Someone Who Has**:

- A Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture, or solid hands-on experience (5+ years)
- A reliable, can-do attitude and the ability to work without someone watching over your shoulder
- Leadership qualities - you’ve got what it takes to guide others and get the job done
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
- Clear and effective communication
- White Card & valid Driver’s Licence
