
Customer Experience Coordinator- Construction

Full Job Description
We are looking for someone who has passion and interest in construction and enjoy dealing with new clients everyday. As a customer service coordinator you will first contact for customer enquiries, and will bring your customer centric approach and passion to help other team members to successfully manage the company.
Key tasks includes:
- Maintain customer relationships with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate client requests for information with estimator and project team.
- Management of all project related documentation including contracts, job sheets and safety documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Construction team.
- Works with managers and supervisors to establish and review processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Builds and maintains mutually beneficial client relationships and promotes Spotless’ range of services to the client.
- Effectively determines the client’s needs and expectations. Develops and implements strategies to meet client requirements and monitor client satisfaction.
- Help maintain clients data and check their enquires are a forwarded to relevant team.
- Ability to juggle multiple critical requests of clients.
- Help in Selections and upgrades along with design team.
- Other tasks me be asked to performed if required.
**About You**
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills combined with presentation and marketing ability.
- Ability to review performance data to measure goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.
- A strong customer service focus with a solid background in building and construction management, project management or business administration with an understanding of the maintenance services process.
- An experienced leader who loves working in a team and is experienced working with sub-contractors.
- Have great communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management.
- Computer savvy with reporting and document control capability, highly organised and able to work well under pressure.
- Experienced in monitoring and evaluating works by subcontractors.
- Sound experience in dealing with complex contract (highly regarded).
