The FP&A Analyst will work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountant

on both strategic and operational objectives, whilst leading & fostering a high-performance culture within the finance team. This is an exciting role which encompasses a mix of leadership control, process improvement and change management opportunities.

We're looking for an energetic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build sound relationships across a large portfolio of stakeholders within Finance and the broader business. You'll also be a passionate people leader.

**What You'll Do**
- Prepare monthly management reporting with value-added analysis
- Assist with conducting analysis and reporting on group and departmental results, explaining performance, movements, trends and other key financial measures
- Assist in completing group annual budgets and frequent forecasts
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analysing the cause of variances
- Developing financial models and analysing them to support strategic initiatives or new business opportunities
- Analysing large, complex data sets and highlight key business insights to business partners
- Analysing relationships between business drivers, metrics and business results
- Assist in implementing a Business Intelligence tool and dashboard reports
- Assist in developing improvements in reporting, systems and processes
- Ad-hoc business performance analysis and reporting

**People Management & Stakeholder Relationships**
- Engage with a range of stakeholders and effectively communicate commercial insights and drive outcomes
- Develop sound relationships with Finance and Business stakeholders
- You have a CA or CPA qualification
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with large ERP systems (NetSuite) and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau/QuickSight) preferred
- Experience with SQL will be an advantage
- You're organised and have a forward-thinking work ethic
- You have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive while offering support in a team environment
- You have a hands-on can-do mindset, ability to deal with ambiguities

**What will put you on top of our shortlist**
- An entrepreneurial mindset. This could be demonstrated by having a done side gig, working with a startup or engaging in the startup community.
- Experience with PowerBi
