Working for this leading education provider as a Change Analyst you will work on a significant strategic transformation program of work.

Your brand-new role will see you coordinate and support communication, change, and engagement across the program covering change for people & culture, systems and processes and technology improvements.

**Key activities**
- Analyse data and processes to support and direct project teams on key areas of focus for change initiatives
- Provide support developing and tailoring change and engagement tools and resources as needed for the Program and project teams in the delivery of their work
- Develop change impact assessments for the Program
- Develop high quality change and communications artefacts and documents
- Support development of communications plans, change impact analysis, business readiness and stakeholder mapping frameworks and tools
- Support the development and delivery of business readiness activities
- Contribute to the change communication approach relevant for projects, ensuring employees are taken through the change curve to build awareness, understanding, engagement and empowerment

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a Change Analyst role in a project delivery environment
- Ability to perform independently and as a team member during times of ambiguity
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal: ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels
- Ability to scope and plan activities, identify gaps, risks and issues and mitigate them to ensure objectives will be met
- Outstanding levels of productivity in terms of attention to detail and speed
