**In the role at FNZ, you will be**
- Reporting to the Head of Delivery
- Leading the delivery of projects and actively driving projects to delivery meeting or exceeding the agreed time and quality commitments
- Committing an uncompromising focus on delivering to project milestones
- Motivate teams to achieve milestones
- Holding responsibility for managing the day-to-day activities of FNZ’s engineering squads (combining Analyst Testers, Analyst Developers and other assigned team members for the project)
- Liaise on a regular basis with Project Managers and Delivery teams (local and international)

**You will have the following experience**:

- Project Management
- Software Development Delivery (preferably with the financial services industry)
- Strong background in software development, ideally with dealing with complex, high performance software
- An independent, self-directed and delivery-focused working style
- An uncompromising attitude towards delivering to project milestones and not missing dates
- Project management professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management)
- Familiarity with the Agile project methodology desirable
- Familiarity with financial products and markets desirable
