**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a **Delivery Manager** to join the Technology Delivery, Member Solutions team based in **Brisbane**.

As the Delivery Manager across this team, you will lead and manage cross functional agile teams in the development, maintenance and support of product systems and services critical to Australian Retirement Trust. This role will ensure the delivery of quality solutions that exceed our member’s expectations, while maintaining continuous improvement culture. In this role, you will provide effective leadership, risk management, collaboration, facilitation, and coaching skills.

You will be responsible for the implementation of new technology enabled business change, while ensuring the development, maintenance and improvement of existing staff and customer facing production solutions at Australian Retirement Trust. You will foster strong working relationships with other business unit Managers and Heads Of from across Australian Retirement Trust.

This role has responsibility, along with other Managers, for driving continuous improvement in the skills and processes as well as delivery of agreed service levels of systems critical to our members and staff.

This role is available as a **full-time permanent **opportunity**.**

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Ability to coach a team to their highest potential
- Demonstrable knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles (SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Prince 2 Methodologies)
- Hands on experience using Agile processes, tools and technologies to deliver software products
- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and scrum teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution between requirements and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience
