**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Delivery Manager** in our Business Intelligence team, you will lead a cross-functional agile team in the delivery of project initiatives and operational activities relating specifically to Data Engineering and Business Intelligence. You will drive the effective delivery of quality solutions that exceed our member’s expectations, whilst championing a continuous improvement culture.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and continually improve agile delivery processes, techniques, and tools within the team to achieve continuous delivery and build quality in supported platforms and systems Support leader with planning and supervision
- Manage product backlogs with key stakeholders, to ensure time to market and software quality targets are met while managing dependencies and team capacity
- Work with Project Managers, Domain Leaders, and key business stakeholders to identify and resolve delivery risks

**About you**
You are a resilient and adaptable people leader with a passion for coaching and developing team members to achieve positive outcomes in an evolving Agile environment. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

- Experience in leading Data related delivery teams
- Knowledge of data platforms (on-prem and cloud (Azure/AWS))
- Knowledge of data transformation capabilities, reporting tools and data services
- A results-focused approach with an ability to quickly identify blockers and to work collaboratively with your team and stakeholders to find solution
- Leading and managing delivery aspects with respect to project management, delivery, testing, production release and post release client management
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business or another related field will be highly regarded, as will formal qualifications in Agile methodology
