Rabobank’s Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) division delivers projects and change to support the bank's strategic priorities, goals and performance. EPMO has an opening for an EPMO Project Coordinator to join a highly engaged and capable team. The EPMO Project Coordinator will support EPMO managers, in the development and maintenance of project and programme artefacts in line with the Project and Change Framework.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Sydney.

**What will keep you busy**:

- Supporting development of project management deliverables such as the project charter and plan
- Maintaining the project schedule, including dependencies across projects
- Maintaining the project Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAIDD) register
- Running reports from relevant systems for the project or program where required
- Developing regular and ad hoc reporting, e.g., project or program status and reports for specific governance forums
- Coordinating project meetings, record and follow up on actions taken
- Tracking and expediting approval of project artefacts
- Supporting the Program or Project Manager to develop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artefacts
- Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
- Delivering assigned low complexity EPMO or business-led initiatives:

- Contributing to the ongoing development of the EPMO Project and Change framework

**Experience and skills you will bring to the role**:

- 2 years’ + experience in project administration / coordination / support covering project initiation, forecast, budget, delivery, transition and closure
- Excellent communication skills and able to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Meeting management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Experience with tools such as MS Project and PowerBI highly regarded
