**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales Representative** to join our growing team. This is a **commission-only** role, offering a generous **40% commission on net profits** for each signed contract. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business within the commercial property sector, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial sites, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and generate leads for new commercial contracts in need of cleaning, waste, hygiene, and security services.
- Build relationships with decision-makers, including property managers, facility managers, and business owners.
- Present our premium services and tailor solutions based on clients' specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to bring in new business.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our offerings to accurately represent the value we provide.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, commercial services, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality service and solutions to clients.
- Previous experience with commission-based sales is a plus.
**Compensation**:
- This is a commission-based position with **40% commission on net profit** from each signed contract.
