$80,000 Plus Super - Onsite role - No WFH - Fantastic team culture and working environment **Company** Private School located in North Sydney, with fantastic team culture and working environment requires an experienced Finance Officer to join their close knit team. *** **Position** Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will be responsible for - Processing of invoices and generate the weekly payment run, following authorisation by the appropriate Heads of Department - Reconcile creditor statements and answer supplier queries in a timely and accurate manner - Weekly processing of staff reimbursement claims - Monthly reconciliation and processing of corporate credit card accounts, and assigning costs to designated cost accounts - Monitor online purchase orders and liaise with Heads of Department to resolve outstanding items and variances - Maintain accurate records for audit purposes - Maintenance of the creditor’s ledger, ensuring valid ABNs, updated creditor information, including address, contacts, and bank accounts changes - Provide back-up to the accounts receivable function and other duties, as directed by the Finance Manager - Provide administrative and operational assistance across the School, as requested, to meet functional requirements. **Profile** - Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Ability to multitask and prioritise - Demonstrated high level customer service and communication skills with experience producing business correspondence, reports and meeting papers and an ability to liaise effectively with parents, staff and other stakeholders - Experience of working within a finance administration environment - Proven organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands and to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes - Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency using the MS Office suite and experiences with data management platforms.
